This position offers the opportunity to teach general surgery residents and students while devoting 40–60% of your practice to a robotics or uro-oncology subspecialty. The practice also has plenty of volume for bread-and-butter urology.

DMG contracts exclusively with Valleywise Health, whose soon to be opened new hospital (2023) is designated as Level 1 for trauma/burn and Level 2 for pediatrics. Have access to a state-of-the-art OR, with the ability to grow urologic services offered to the community, and a brand-new da Vinci Xi with urology-specific components.

Call is 10 days/month by phone and typically doesn’t require going into the hospital  overnight. The majority of cases are handled by the in-house trauma team in conjunction with resident coverage. Paid time off increases from 4 to 5 weeks after three years, and there are an additional 10 paid holidays. You will also receive a CME allotment of 1 week annually with a 4K stipend. You’ll be welcomed aboard with a $30K+ commencement bonus.
